Easy on the lower back stuff please, gents - did mine in on the Saturday after Christmas

(Still it was a dozen, extra large, free range, really heavy).

It's the little things that set them off, my dad's back always went after he'd been doing something really heavy duty, it waited for him to something like bend down to pick up a piece of paper afterwards though, then it would go.
