This is the one I got, it looks very similar to the one you tried there. I had some very light scratching in my 'screen from the wipers but this got rid of it. I had to spend hours standing there with one of the pads in a cordless drill and had to keep cleaning it off to see how it's doing but it got rid of the lot.

A tip for anyone trying this: put the pad on straight first time, the hooks on the holder are fierce and started pulling it to pieces when I tried to reposition one.

Yip ive wiper scratches plus one straight down which looks like its been done on purpose by some bollox.
What do you mean put the pad on straight the first time is that without the liquid, or is that with the polisher pad on the windscreen flat.
Did you really spend hours with a cordless drill, mine cant do an hour no more, because i had 3 batteries and spent just as long with no effect. Id take it to a garage to get them removed but autoglass dont repair scratches, and i dont know of anywhere else.

I ran the battery flat twice. I would say though that the scratches were very light, like a spider's web

There's a review like that on pretty much every one I looked at. I did find a good review for that one, not on Amazon obviously.

mine are also light, so tell me do you keep running the drill until the stuff dries away (ive got an old black and decker corded drill and extesnsion lead) so i could stand there all day with it, only issue is do i just hold it there or move it like it says in the instructions.

I meant when you first put the pad on the holder before you put the liquid on it or anything (not sure if yours are like that from the pics, mine came with one holder & two pads).

You mustn't let it dry out and you must keep moving it about, the instructions said you could make the glass overheat and crack. I soaked the pad, then put it on the screen and kept moving up & down the scratch and a little bit from side to side as I went, when the pad started drying out I wiped the liquid off the screen to see if I could still see the scratch, if I could I re-soaked the pad and started again. It took bluddy hours but the alternatives were putting up with it or buying a new screen at full price.

mines all run out, because the dog in the excitment of absolutley nothing come running towards me, and one swipe of the tail and CLUNK the bottle of fluid was down and pishing out. Didnt bother him a bit.
Had a bit of an issue tonight, i was driving home and seen a cat lying on its side , normally cats on the side of the road are dead, but this one i went over to it was still living, so i had to get it into a box, and go to my neighbours who own it, away to the vets now, not nice at all.

I once found a cat who had managed to get into my workshop, face all bashed in by a car. I'd no idea who he belonged to so I gingerly coaxed him into a box & took him to the vet's. I had him for a few years after and I was very sad to have had to have him put down earlier this year because his kidneys failed.

I saw a cat in the road here yesterday, obviously knocked completely senseless. I was in a rush to pick the wife up so drove round him but there were lots of people around and when I came back a few minutes later he'd gone.

I complained to the seller, so they said they would send another bottle of stuff and 2 new pads.
