As our hose pipe has at last thawed out, I thought it about time that I wash the car. Currently driving the 106 until I get the annoying rattle in the 406 sorted out. I invested in a bottle of 'Dodo Juice, sour green' stuff the other day. I have to say that I'm really impressed by it. It left the 106 really clean and shiny. It is dearer than most other products on the shelf but boy does it work. Foams a decent amount, takes the dirt off easily, smells nice, leaves a nice glossy finish and only requires a small amount in a bucket. I should get a lot of washes out of it
Thats my experience with it. If you need to buy some decent car shampoo I'd recommend it
the only thing ive ever used on a car in the line of cleaning products was t cut and turtle wax, got my old 205 and merc nice and red after being pink. I wouldnt mind a bit of dodo juice to wash the pug. Whats the rattle
these detailers do sound very confusing, and it seems like a very expensive pastime. Sometimes i splash my car with water, use a spongue to remove the dirt, and then use the hose to remove it all off, Simples, and it leaves them nice swirl marks that the detailers all adore.
T'is why I use Snow Foam as a pre-wash, then Jet Wash this off, then use the Zymol in my Bucket with grit-guard technology, a 100% Australian Merino Wool wash-mitt, and an MF (that's Micro-Fibre) waffle-weave drying towel
There's no swirls on Welly's motAh. Actually it's time for another Claying session soon
Cars in my care:
2021 Kia Spottage 1.6 Pez Turbo Dual Clutch Gearbox Trickery
2013 Renner Twingo - donkey work
im confused again. Keeping my cars clean is done mainly on the inside the outside has never been the biggest issue: secretly though i wouldnt mind getting some polish and various cleaning products for the pug though.
