Euro Car Parts

Post by Gary406 »

well my 406 needs a new thermostat .
andrew page = £22
general traffic = £19
i think these prices are crazy ... SO... i decided to go online and create my own account on euro car parts.

thermostat = £8.16 Including FREE delivery

been flicking through all the parts for my car on euro car parts and i have to say im pretty impressed with these prices ..

so if you need a part it might be worth checking them out, love the free delivery tho but it takes upto 2 days
so if your in a rush you can pay £3.95 on any part for next day delivery ..

Eurocarparts are always reliable.
Good prices and fantastic service.
They once sourced Hydraflush for the hydraulic system of a Xantia for me when no-one else had it.

The same can't be said for GSF, who seemed indifferent.

I used them quite abit.
Excellent customer service too!
Had a set of pads for the Focus with a pend bracket. All the brackets do it stop the pads vibrating and squeeling. They sent me a new set of pads and didn't ask for the old ones. Belt the bracket back and fitted them. So now I have a new set of spare pads

If you order multiple "ECP" specials though then makes can be abit amiss. EG my Bosch fuel filter turned out to be a cheapy one.

FarmerPug / CountryPug - there's one on the Boucher Road, just head up the side of M&S, past the Alfa service dept, opposite the rail freight depot is a small cull de sac of warehouses, it's in there.

Get a tub of copper grease!
Thin layer on all sides of the pads backing plate. Stops the buggers squeeling

Detailing World?
Yeh there was more to that story.
There was a guy called cullers selling Detailing World Lanyards. Anyway I ordered two (Only £7.50 but thats quite abit of money to me).
All together the guy took about £305ish.
Anyway he dissapeered off the face of the earth all together. They managed to get in contact with him and the excause he used was "He's moving house and dosen't have internet". I'm sorry but you must be on mars if you dont have internet access these days!
Anyway That was Juneish last year, they were supposed to be delivered last May!
I wouldn't keep my trap shut about it cause the mods were trying to brush it under the mat as if it never happened? :x
Thing is Cullers was well known and used to be mates with one of the mods. So were trying to protect him.
I kept making posts asking why is it being brushed under the mat. Why is nothing beening done about it etc etc.

So it was any excuse to ban me.
