I don't think I'd be panicking, it'd just be "now what?"

I can't find anything about it on Citroen Service :frown: Looking at the footbrake diagram I can't see how the passenger would operate it, unless they were standing on the brake light switch :?

Could be a good USP for instructors cars, replacing the Corsas and 500s.
Lucrative market to get into, people are quite likely to themselves buy, or at least have fond memories of the marque, of the car they learnt to drive in.

Just as well the other half doesn't have one though. I'm a nervous passenger and always reaching for the brakes

thats the c3 picasso, there isnt many of them about yet.
But with all new french cars its best not to buy them instantly after they are released the french seem to do all the improvements when the car is finished so it takes about 2 years before its ready.

French share a common perception of QA with Microsoft - let the initial end customer be the reliability / beta tester :)

thats it
they do all the testing in their first years of production.
but after about 8 years all the problems on a french car are usually ironed out.
