servicebox problems

Anyone help with this issue im having with servicebox.
I had the free version working fine for ages but i was bored yesterday and ive screwed it up i clicked on the bit on the login page where it says "if you have lost your connection codes, click here"
well it sent me new password code but it wont let me back in with either the new code or my old password
anyone know how i can fix this

get them to send another code out, or register again.
