Different models have different layouts, it will have to be for his specific laptop.

Re: Changing Laptop Keyboard
its just when i did the dells laptop a 6400, it shares the same keyboard with the e1505, so i thought some sony laptops have the same keyboard, a lot of viaos look the same.

Re: Changing Laptop Keyboard
A bit of internet searching suggests that this is the keyboard you want:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from= ... V072078BK1+
But I would confirm that by taking the old one out and looking for a matching part number.
Laptop keyboards are blummin fiddly though so exercise caution when taking it out

Re: Changing Laptop Keyboard
Could be a loose cable or dust/nuts(!) under the keys. Have you tried thoroughly cleaning it?

Re: Changing Laptop Keyboard
my sister used it and broke the keys, that fake tan sh*t she uses clogs up keyboards worse than anything else, then she went and tried to clean it but actually broke a few keys. She did the same to her own laptop the dell and i had to change the keyboard on it which was an easy fix.Captain Jack wrote:Could be a loose cable or dust/nuts(!) under the keys.
