Personaly, iavoid doctors surgerys and the A+e ionly go there if ihave no choice,
I broke my arm not long back and left it to heal on it own, ihate the places that much id rather suffer,

had to go to the doctors as my son tyler, (5) as chronic asthma, which flared up. :(

Ijust carnt understand why people dont just stay at home and Sneeze and cough there own Germs about there own space,
theyve no respect for others, if there ill - they want eveyone else to suffer with it, dirty bastids !!

My take on it is that when you fight off a cold the antibodies stay in you forever, if you get another cold (and the problem with the cold virus is it mutates a lot) the antibodies may or may not help you, depending how closely the new virus relates to the old one. Basically if you had something similar before it won't effect you as much as someone that's not had anything like it before. So your wife might get a cold and not be effected by it much because she had something similar as a kid, but when she passes it on to you, because you didn't catch that particular strain that she did it'll knock you for six and for this reason your wife might not believe you when you lie on the floor gasping for breath. They're like that.

You should see the garbage that's on telly

Hope you soon get over you deadly diseases guys

I used to get the flu an awful lot, back in school i would get it about 5 times a year, felt shite especially in the warmer weather, although it can be worse you can get a chest infection they are nasty.
Being out of school i havent had the flu in over a year, although starting at uni last week i think ill probably get it again soon.

my dad notices this in his work, if he gets some old person living out in an old shack of a house, single glazed dusty dirty farm house type of thing, he says that they do not respond well to going into the clean environment of a hospital, the germs must be good for them.
Wheras in the newer pvc double glazed, central heated houses he gets a lot of people who need to go to hospital for respitory problems, flu's etc.
