Freaking odd dreams!

Post by Bailes1992 »

I never dream, but when I do it's always a "What the heckkk??" Moment.

I went car shopping and found a lovely D8... It was Diablo red with cream leather it was called the GT-X4.
Then I got underneath it and it was four wheel drive
It had a GTi-6 engine and was on 205 Speedlines and was quite low.

But thats not the worrying bit, when I do dream it's usually about cars anyway.
I then had a phonecall in my dream to tell me a girl who I was friends with but havent spoken to for a good while had died. I remember seeing it on the BBC news website and in papers etc, really odd.

Que a 4am phonecall to said person...
"OMG you are still alive then"
"WHATTT?"
"Never mind night night"
"WTF Baileyyy"

Then had the awkward issue of explaining myself

I never belived in all the crap about dreams meaning stuff, but this really confused the hell out of me.
A couple of times today I even double and trippled checked she was still alive by looking on her facebook

Strange.

I sometimes have a dream about cars and it's usually that I still own my first car and am driving it around but knowing it hasn't been Taxed or MOT'd for years :?

Analysing said dream would conclude that I have one or two things bugging me to be done but I haven't achieved it yet, an underlying doubt or worry yet to be resolved........

.....Bailes dreaming about a slammed 406 with 4WD, I dunno, I think he may be mental

I reckon dreams are 10% fears and worries, 90% complete and utter ballcocks. I'm fairly sure dreaming is a normal pat of sleep (REM?) but our minds are programmed to forget them. I usually only remember dreams if I've woken up while I'm still having them, and more often than not if I don't think about them for a few seconds they're gone. My most common dream seems to be something nasty and expensive happening to my car. Oh, and flying but I gather this is really common.

However, all the pills I'm taking now are screwing this right up, I'm not sure if they're more wacky than usual or if I'm just not forgetting them but I seem to be dreaming about people I've not seen in a while and doing freaky stuff in odd places. Last night I was back in England riding a bicycle and wondering if I should have told anyone

I frequently have a dream about needing to run but can't so end up kinda crawling on all fours :(

Then there's the 'falling' dream

I also have a dream about driving but the car needs continued pumps of the accelerator the whole time :? come to think of it that might be to do with a Vauxhall I had once with Solex Carbs

I always dream about work. I wake feeling that i have already done a days graft and i am a day ahead of myself. Then i get the day when i think i have already done these deliveries. I must have done some serious mileage for my job in reality and dream world.

Might ask for a pay rise :supafrisk:
