2.1 406 estate

Just aquired a "new" estate with 2.1 TD , 196 k , it deffo better than the old one , clutch is a bit lighter and gearbox is smooth .

anyone need any bits off a 1.9td before I have to get rid ? its running but no tax or mot

When you say bio, do you mean bio or veg oil?

(I'm just thinking you might be ideally placed to do the first ecu-controlled Bosch pump swap, since you've got both cars)......

THE BLACK ONE IS glx MODEL , requires frontpipe (peugeot-midlands on ebay selling pug part ) ball joint (got), neeeds rear drums sorting prob shoes, hand brake usual thing, middle console needs refittting (got) , cig lighter not working (new socket there ) needs tyre on spare , mot , tax , bonnet got a touch of the rust bug on front edge .

4 reasonable tyres , starts ok , glowplugs in last 12 months , new starter ,bits and pieces I got for it
and new springs with new shockers fitted front end ,about 1000 miles on them

I havent got time or place to do it , but its got to go somewhere , if i got enough to cover 1 year tax I`d be happy bunny

Ebay it mate,

they seem to be selling well, even without Rent or mot,
theyre getting very popular atm so im told especialy if they will run on the old crisp n dry

Seems a shame to see them getting broken up, wont be long before theyre as rare as the 405s
