Cats have always had a reputation for being lucky (Felix=lucky), our youngest cat decided to climb the walnut in the back garden here when he was only a few moths old, fell out of it, hit next door's barn roof hard enough to break a tile, bounced off of that and.. walked away unscathed. The are lucky bastards, however this "9 lives" bollocks doesn't mean you can kill them 8 times before they're dead I think a suitable punishment would be to inflict what they did to the cat on them, see how many lives they have.

We're gonna need a bigger microwave...

I thought they'd be worth some money, even when they're too old to race they can be used for breeding, but they seem to be being thrown out like an old pair of rollerskates. It seems like microchipping would be an idea (protect your investment!) but then I suppose they'd still be finding dogs but now with holes in them

it costs the tracks around £500 to properly rehome one,

Re microchip, theyre all micro chipped /ear marked they have to be or they carnt race,
