Firefox Help
I use it at work and everytime I try to go to our company intranet, it always asks for the username and password but it never remembers it. In the tools menu it is set to remember website passwords but the company one I guess is like a network password and it never remembers it. Any ideas what I can do to get it to remember it?

Re: Firefox Help
Your work network is based on Microsoft Active Directory, with Windows client PCs running Internet Explorer. I bet when you use IE you aren't even asked for a username and password - this is because IE is programmed to send your AD username and password (which you used to log on to the PC) to the web server. Firefox is not a Microsoft product so does not automatically send your login details when the server challenges you for them.leestudd30 wrote:I use it at work and everytime I try to go to our company intranet, it always asks for the username and password but it never remembers it. There is a way to configure firefox so that it does send NTLM authentication:

Hope this helps!
