Polishing the Pug in this weather is a no no. Makes it ten times harder as it drys on to quickly and then you end up sweating.

Hello :cheesy: The weather's very variable here at the moment, days seem to sweep between summer and monsoon all the time, you never know if it's t-shirt and shorts or jacket and wellies...

Anyway, between gardening (when possible), social stuff, sodding about with Linux (getting nowhere fast again) and finally working on my bike I don't seem to have much time to do more than have a quick squint on here. Also, I've just had one of these delivered to my garage:

It's not mine (life expectancy in seconds...) it has some after-market dash in it but it doesn't work. I'll take some pictures of the wiring for your amusement - it's a mess! Apparently it was fitted by a salesman for the manufacturer. He should have stuck to what he knows

I guess when I was a couch potato, I sat on tinternet for hours on end, whereas these days i'm spending an hour or two up the gym a day, i'm not on here as much as I was

Plus lack of funds, means i've done no mods on the car - I've still to finish the trip computer instillation, but that's not by choice
I sent a set of clocks off to one of the guys on the coupe club, for him to make me a set of white dials, and still waiting a year down the line, so I can kiss them goodbye
Was going to install the white clocks and solder up the required connections at the same time

Although to be fair, apart from maybe acquiring some folding mirrors, and all the wiring, and at same time wiring them into the seat ecu and getting them to work in conjuction, finishing the trip computer, I guess trying to fit cruise, there's not a lot I want to do to the car
1999 D8.5 HDi GLX - Sold :(

2007 Mondingo Zetec - I seek forgiveness :( Bring back my 406
