PC help

Got to work and my PC isn't working
Apparently my boss was using it yesterday and the screen went blue with white horizontal lines on it then shutdown.
When trying to reboot, the psu, fans and disc drive power up, but the power light doesn't come on and there is no signal to the monitor
Tried a quick google from my phone but little joy

Tried checking connections and taking the ram out one at a time in case one had gone bad but still nothing

Any clues peeps?

Ah computers, don't you just love 'em? I'm no expert (obviously ) but it sounds like the video card gave up the ghost - if you can get to it try reseating it (unless it's onboard...)

Yeah sounds like a major hardware failure. Either the CPU has fried itself or the motherboard has failed.
I would say the video card is at fault but I'm going to assume it's on board and the power light failing to come on points towards the motherboard.

If its a laptop , It might be the Screen its self thats faulty,
try running it on a pc Monitor

Guess its screwed lol
