And ur right, you defo dont wanna be buying it after I've [s]wrecked[/s] drove it.
I'm thinking of selling me 406 and buying a shitty Sierra Sapphire 2.0 for some RWD fun.

I'm hoping to order my V6 HDi Sportwagon in May. I test drove the standard HDi and it was about as exciting as an Allegro, with a plug cap missing. I've not tried the new 2.2 twin turbo, but the GF has okaye'd the necessary release of funds for the V6 and i'm only £800 or so away from paying cash. Plan is to keep it for as long as possible, like 15 or 20 years, to see me into retirement, and garage the Mi16 as a sunday toy.
I got lucky(ish) when I divorced and the equity I took out of my old house paid for my current (albeit, massively downsized) cottage, so i've been saving the what would have been the £700 per month mortgage payments, and with what i'd already managed to put aside I'm only 1, maybe 2, pay days away. hurrah.
Only problem is, I dunno which of the 3 i'll take to Pugfest and the French Car Show this year. decisions, decisions...
I had a phone call of them on Sat, they are gonna ring me back when they have the car avail. Getting an HDI 407.
I wonder how much they would offer me for my 406?
