Hi guys,
Will be removing the BSI from my 406 tomorrow to replace the A/C relay. Is there any specific procedure/steps I need to take before/during the removal of the BSI? Quite scared as I've no experience doing it.
Many thanks
Benjamin

Re: Removing the BSI... Any specific procedure?
My normal process is bonnet up, drivers window down and then close all doors and wait 3 minutes for BSI to sleep, disconnect the battery and then remove the BSI.
Refitting is put the BSI back, reconnect the battery, reach through the open drivers window and turn on the sidelights to wake the BSI.
