xud11bte info

Post by Uberderv »

Hi,

Over the years I've collected various technical documents about the DW10TD and XUD9TE. Since I'm now the proud owner of a 2.1td I would like to collect some XUD11BTE info, in electronic form, if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be most grateful

Not for the XUD11, I found one for the DW12 years ago.

Do you know who 'owns' the link you posted? I'd like to add it to the Knowledge Base, but don't want to upset anyone in the process.
2002 HDi 2.2 Exec Estate, (2008-12) (wonderful)
2003 HDi 2.2 6-speed Exec Estate (2012-19) (also a gem)
2009 Citroen C5 2.0 HDi VTR+ Estate (godawful heap)
2008 BMW E91 330i touring (great fun - murdered by a reversing SUV)
2007 BMW E91 325i touring (slower smoother quieter)

I've been collecting stuff since Dec 13, and there doesn't seem to be a lot out there. I have the Lucas Service Document for EPIC in pdf format which I would happily send to you as well as a couple of other items about epic.

Doggy- It's been a long time since I spoke to the guy, I can try and get hold of him if you like?

Rolebama- Yes please send it. Anything that aids my tinkering obsession is most welcome.

The suspect multi-connector in the event of an electrical non-start is the brown round connector directly under the battery tray. Apparently they can short across connections in a heavy downpour, and corrode.
The dual relay beside the ECU is a bitch to remove, but worth checking that there are three battery lives going to the connector. That was the problem for my non-start earlier this year. There is a 'map' of the connections embossed on the dual relay cover for checking. (Very useful that was, as one of them had broken. A direct feed through a 10-amp fuse was the repair option I went for.)
