words of wisdom

Post by binnzy »

There are only two essentials, duct tape and WD40
If it moves when it shouldn't, duct tape
If it doesn't move when it should, WD40

Anybody got more.
If it doesn't fit you need a bigger hammer

Gaffa tape is like "the force" - it has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the universe together.
There's nothing that shouts "Poor Workmanship" more than wrinkles in Gaffer tape.....

I have just returned from a nice holiday in the Sun (Spain) and on finding our seats on the return flight, (Easyjet) we were informed that we couldn't use the overhead locker over our seats as it was broken (handle missing). The flight attendant continued with "an *Engineer* was on his way to repair it"

In the Engineer subsequently walked with a roll of gaffer tape to stick it back together and hold it closed for the flight :)

The only reason it doesn't fit is because you're not using a big enough hammer
If it doesn't fit you need a bigger hammer
