Peugeot Planet 2000

Does anyone know where I could purchase one of these and for roughly how much. Is it software or hardware.

Peugeot Planet 2000 is the software, and the collection of cables and the interface is called a "Lexia 3". You should find both the software and hardware available separately on various websites (including eBay) but you'll also find them available together as a bundle.

This one here contains the kit and the software, and is shipped from the UK, from a vendor that offers customer support (most of these things are shipped from Hong Kong, and don't offer any support at all):

(note I'm not affiliated with that vendor, I just found it when searching eBay for "PP2000")

You'll need some kind of laptop for this, preferably running WinXP 32-bit; if you don't have one, I'd suggest a 2nd-hand netbook off eBay - something like an Acer Aspire Mini ONE. Portable enough to just lump it in the boot, should easily meet the basic system requirements for the PP2000 software, and old enough to be dirt cheap (around £60 - £80 seems about right).

Thanks Highlander for the info, will look into the link you gave. Is it relatively easy to use? I am computer literate. I have seen a video on how to use it. Thanks again

I should note that I've bought the kit, and already have a netbook to use it on - but never seemed to find the time to finish installing the software
