What's more annoying is a friends 2009 1.8 tdci dpf equipped focus has a plate figure of 1.75

2000 Peugeot 406 2.0 hdi - stood for 4 years, fresh mot and mostly working.

For those who can remap via OBD maybe a special MOT low-smoke map is a possibility? :twisted:

Current: 407 2.2 HDi 170 & C6 2.7 HDi.
Former: 406 1.9 TD; 406 HDi 90; 407 2.2 160; 307cc 180; 508 HDi 140.

No DPF on a 1.8TDCi. They're usually quite smokey too. Is that why?

Hmm don't know just going off what he told me, I know the later 1.6 tdci (psa)? Engine has a dpf.

No DPF on Tddi,
Can't speak for the Focus but DPF definitely went on 1.8Tdci Connects, I know, I had to find one without.
I'll have a look at the VIN on that, just had it remapped,, oops!
