Hows mine look? Potatoshop's exported it a bit darker than I'd like (whywhywhy won't gimp run on this computer???) and there's still loads more work to be done, but hey I'm happy even if it is dull as hell at the moment
PS hope you don't mind me nicking yer text dai!
PPS why can't it be so easy to undent/unscratch/unbadpaintjob/etc bodywork in real life? ;)

Photoshop is plain horrible if you've used gimp pretty much exclusively for the last decade... I'll admit it is a lot better at handling massive (>200meg) files tho

Yeah, it's because gimp's only recently been ported to Windows and as such never got given any advanced colour "stuff" including profiling and CMYK separations ;)
When I'm working with my photographs my workflow generally involves using Bibble Pro to correct them and convert the RAW files to TIFF, Gimp to hack around with them if needed (add borders, very rarely edit them, etc) then Potatoshop to preview and print from using the right profiles. Bit strange process considering you could actually just load the RAW files into PS and be done with it, but Bibble's far superior to Adobe stuff for RAW browsing/correcting/converting and I know Gimp well for the things I do.
What do you think of this version guys?
