Here's a plan, Pug spotters!

Post by DaiRees »

Most of us have got camera 'phones right? How about every time we see a slightly unusual 406 (or 7 tremmy  ) we take a snap. I'm not talking every one we see (there'd be millions of them on here), just ones that jump out at you because they're a bit special somehow. We've got plenty of pics of members cars, but what about all the others?.... Maybe subtly modded, maybe drastically modded, may just be a very nice original one, or maybe even carbage!

Post pics here with when & where info!

Wadda you reckon?

Love the idea!

Too bad I have the only modded 406 that I have ever seen here.

I Just ONCE would like to see ANYONE under 70 driving a 406 here. :cheesy:

You git Dai.

I was thinking of posting up something similar recently called 'out and about' where we take 'picters' of other rare or unusual cars on our travels.

I think I will just combine this with your idea.

So it shall be 406's/7's AND other interesting stuff along the way. OK?

Coolio, let's have a "Four Oh Sixes & Sevens" thread, a "Different Rides" thread for the unusual stuff (excuse me if I post lots of pics of very modified 4X4s :cheesy: ) and an "Us and Our Pugs" thread.

Actually as far the rare and unusual stuff goes, I'm going to a Classic and Specialist car show on Sunday, our 4X4 club (The Usual Suspects Cymru 8) ) are exhibiting. I'm going for the "least worthy entrant" prize with my bog standard Suzuki Samurai  . Anyway the point is, I should have a few new pics of nice cars by Sunday evening.

What? Can't you take photos while driving? I'm getting quite good at it now!

Crash on the way to work the other day - this poor bloke had driven into a bus

Judging by the phat loys, lowered suspension and low profile tires, I'm willing to bet he raced into the back of a bus going slower than him.

Well mine's not that memorable, but still worth a punt. First, one for anyone who hasn't seen a rear wiper on a saloon,

Then there's this. I never thought anyone would give a damn about a Nexia, but someone obviously does:

2007 Mondeo Titanium X 2.0 TDCi
2007 307cc Sport 2.0 HDi 136
Gone but never forgotten: 2002 406 Coupe SE 2.2 HDi

Nah mate, into the side of the bus, me thinks the bus pulled out in front of him. Notorious black spot that! Mind you I wouldn't be surprised if he was speeding up there :? .
