stupid thing to do

Post by puglover »

whilst out on saturday , i was using the poor man's a/c (i.e. sunrof and drivers window lol) when visibility got poor due to fly remains and dust.  so i decided to wash the windscreen... only thing was i was doing 60 mph ..
so i got a shower though the sunrof   and shorted out electric windos due to water soaking the door switches...

ahhh well wont do that again lol 8) 8)

Yes that is a stupid thing to do, but it's the sort of thing I'd do as well.

Hands up, I did that when I had my saloon, and I had a/c too!! Didn't short out my switched though.

Air con or not, on a hot sunny day, you can't beat having the windows open.

You know I have NEVER thought about that before with a convertible, but now I have it makes me laugh :cheesy:

And your right, even with a/c it's still nice to open the roof/windows (except I have no sunroof).

There's something a bit 'clinical' when you see people on a hot day in a car with all the windows shut :?
