What's the most you've paid for petrol?

Most I've ever paid for petrol was 106.9, BP Ultimate at the Toddington services on the M1 near Milton Keynes!

Usually I pay (now atleast) 102.9 for V-power!

A couple of years ago I paid around 110 for diesel in Farnborough. Thankfully I got that back from work on expenses!

This morning I paid 96.9 for BP standard unleaded - about average price for the stuff at the moment (it's the only stuff I'll put in my car!)
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

Isn't there some crazy high octane fuel in Shell that costs some crazy price?
Apparently for Supercars and Jap turbos and only in 100 garages through the country.

even that's only 0.675479 GBP :|

I'm paying 95.9p at the moment but the most I paid was about 102.9p IIRC. That's where the 70 litre tank comes in handy, fill her up then ride out the "crisis".
