Got the results last night from my MRI scan on my shoulder

Post by Eric »

And I've partially torn my bicep away from it's moorings in my shoulder :(
That would explain the pain when lifting my arm or putting it behind me ;)

Got to go in for an operation on 30th August where they'll drill through my shoulder and pin the bicep to the shoulder with a biodegradable bolt 0.o
Luckily it's keyhole surgery but I'll still not be able to use my right arm for a month then have three months of phsyio :(

Sucks, but there you go - going to enjoy this month off work (Although I will be doing some work from home.) but September will really suck.
It means I won't be driving for two months at least either but I guess that's cheap on fuel ;)

Whaaaah!
Why the hell did it have to be my right arm lol ;)

Oh and the op has a 70% chance of working so there's the slim possibility it might not be fixed after that :(

Yeah cheers bud, wifey is taking two days off when I come out to help for a bit round the house but basically it'll be a month of watching day time TV.

:(

I think that's the worst of all of it, the thought of daytime TV :P

Not very pleasant eric, but as they say "there's always someone worse off than you "
try this :

In last three years 3 heart attacks then diagnosed with cancer for which nine months
of last year were spent having chemotherapy and radio therapy and a five year wait
to see if all is clear .

Yeah life sucks :| :P :P
.. ooh are those drugs for me Matron
