Thats a shame closing it in winter. It would of been handy to use it to get the road salt of the chassis

Whoooah - thats a pretty deep ford!
There is one about 15 mins from my house in Sydney and it gets closed off during heavy rain...its pretty sedate when its dry but alot of people lose traction through it and end up spinning it up on the way out as it is fairly steep!
Good fun though :p

That 406 looks like MY car! Same reg letter and colour!
Btw, I still don't understand how you managed to kill your 406. The air intake in mine is in the front bumper along where the black plastic trim runs. It's not THAT low... unless, of course, it's in a different place on petrols.

Look at the water buildup at the front of the Honda... The level is around where the 406 intake liesCaptain Jack wrote:That 406 looks like MY car! Same reg letter and colour!

<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

There is indeed a snorkel, but the format the forum is in, it doesn't show that side of the picture.
Can you modify a snorkel for a 406? or make your own lol
