I run a Linux media PC (using as main comp at the min). Installed with Mythdora 4.0 which was pretty easy and most things work out the box. Had to mess a bit to get the remote to work fully.
I looked at the ITX route but decided that if I wanted it to be high def capable they just were'nt powerful enough. So i went for amd 2200 dual core (low power). I am just running the stock cooler (speed control by the mobo and case fans (on lowest speed setting) and its pretty quite, I can hear the fridge going in the kitchen over the PC!
fooking aol , im paying £32 a month for 8 meg unlimited braodband so it looks like im getting nowhere near that .
is anyone on here using sky broadband cos im thinking of changing to them as they have a pretty good deal on at the mo

Yeah me Took the clowns 7 months and several arguments to connect me due to a collection of administrative fek-ups and infuriating "computer glitches" that kept refusing to authorise my orders, but now that it's working it's very good, quite quick and it's only been off once since I was cennected. Broadband service = 9/10, value for money = 10/10, Customer service = arse!
PS, in case you missed it......
