I saw a d8 on an x plate yesterday! How can that be?
It was a right hand drive, could it be an import?
or false plates? (that stood out a mile)
It looked like a diesel (down turned exhaust), I want one!
I call her Starbug 1, because she's green with intergalactic milage!! I do love my D8 diesel.

No, I am a dumb ass..................

I thought it was possible to buy a number plate of any age to stick on a car, but you can only have an older plate on when selling it? I could be very wrong though
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

You're right.
An example: You cannot put an X plate on a 1998 (S) Car. But you can put a 1998 S plate on a 2001 (X) car.

Doesn't the D8.5 have the chrome trim (Bluey Bling) going round it?
