Why cant i get servicebox to work

Why cant i get servicebox to work when i try all i get is what seems like french even tho it says english in top lright corner is there an english version or am i being really stupid (again) all i want to know is can i get the plastic holder/fob for my key as mine is getting a bit scabby hard to work,i dont need the blade or electronics just the plastic bit

any ideas what im doing wrong?????????????????????????????????

First change it to English, then hit the validate button next to it. Then you can enter your id and pin and it should be ok.

Works for me mate, as far as I can tell the plastic fob bit for mine is called a "box clip" (part# 9926RV) and costs £16.12 inc VAT.

It defaults to Frogspeak, and the only time you can change it is on the login screen

what is this servicebox you speak of and where can i get one?
