This is where I park opposite my work place in a residential street:

Note, if you will, the addition of the spare wheel to the N/S/F wheel  I split the side wall on my brand-f*cking-new NCT5' yesterday on a broken bottle in the curb covered in snow

This spare tyre has the added bonus of resembling Tele Sevalas' head - great in the snow eh? :frown:

I couldn't imagine one of your winters Steve!!
It's quite spooky, there's no traffic noise whatsoever outside, even the drone from the M25 is quiet!

Ugh, I hate snow. We got about 3" last night, I've hurt my back again (picking a bluddy cat up!) so I was a bit worried when it started.

It's like natural sound deadening. Either that or they closed the M25...

Gentlemen, I present my new invention: the carsicle

This is Starbuck, who had way too much fun out on the common this morning

And on the way home we spotted this lil' 205 (I think) in the pub car park. Not the impromptu roof accessory :)

I pulled about an inch of white dust (couldn't really call it snow) off my car this morning, then proceeded to take a corner too fast (1st gear idle) and went sliding into a kerb sidewards crunching both O/S wheels at the same time :( At least it started first time perfectly...

Then I got to the Tescos garage by me, got back to the car and it took about a minute of cranking to start whereby it sounded like it was firing on 3 cylinders for a minute or two, throughout the rev range (which was all over the place - 500rpm to about 3000rpm at idle)

I then decided to cain the sh*t out of it for the rest of the run to work as punishment

Why doesn't it like warm starts on cold days?
