Our new 307cc

Post by neildavies »

Heres a few photos of our new 206cc replacement, we picked it up on Friday and are very chuffed with it. It's a HDi Sport model. Loaded with plenty of toys, so it's gonna keep me occupied for a while.

This was meant to be a Mondeo, but after we sold the 206cc, we realised how much we were going to miss a convertible.

Appreciate these are not to everyone's taste, I can't stand the standard 307 myself, but it was exactly what Deb wanted, and I'm really happy with it too.

You're maybe not going to like me saying this, but it drives a lot better than the 406 and feels better put together than the coupe.

Nice car mate. Still prefer the coupe but its good. The 307s are very solid cars. How do you find the steering. My mothers 307 is very light steering i think

Steering is light under hard acceleration, plenty of torque and 6 speed box makes the car struglle for grip.

Definitely a more comfortable and solid car than the coupe.

And no offence taken Swiss, I know they're not to everyone's taste. I didn't like the old shape 307cc at all, and still don't like either shape in hatchback form, too high a stance. I'm a fan of the 407 though.

Looks nice Neil, I don't like ordinary 307's either, but that's more than OK 8)
(The estate would be a practical size for me, but I just couldn't persuade myself it was nice).

That is one hell of a setup!! Shame they didn't use a different colour 407 to start with.
