Next, they'll develop a car that disintegrates before it hits something, thus avoiding any damage :roll:

That Pedestrian safety system must be very sensitive, which is good, but not good for tiny little car park prangs and the like :shock:

The GTR's insurance will get loaded surely.

That's what they said about SRS systems and crumple zones, relatively minor shunts would lead to expensive repairs - it's just carrying on the trend.

Imagine being scooped up onto the bonnet of a GTR at low speed and being relatively unscathed and THEN the bonnet flicking you up 6 feet in the air and back on the deck :x :lol: :lol:

Then imagine the driver getting out and battering you to death because you've just about written off his car...

£11,000... seriously, I could buy a whole new car for that much (OK, it wouldn't be a GTR, but c'mon...)

They need to make this kind of damage considerably less expensive to repair.
