Breaking W reg 406 V6 GTX saloon

Post by MikeBX16V »

Hi,
A drunken yob crashed his crappy Rover into my 406, so I am now selling off the parts I don't need for my new one.

N/S damage.
Immaculate pre accident.

Has black leather interior, Samarkand metallic blue.

88000 miles

located in High Wycombe, Bucks

Are the leather seats memory seats or just electric adjustment?

Hi,

They are electric adjustment. But no memory function on this car.

The memory function can be added, but an ECU and switch unit is required which is not fitted on this car.

Memory is actually not wanted in this case. Are the seats in good condition & if so, how much would you ask for the interior?

The seats are in good condition.

They are complete with 5 headrests, airbags & heater switches. The motors and heaters all work correctly.

Front Passenger side armrest is not attached, not investigated why yet, but I expect I can fix that.

Very slight wear on drivers side bolster-but much less wear than you often see on a 406. The colour is intact. Certainly not worn through.

Rear N/S seat bolster leather is a bit crumpled where the door had been pushed against it, but otherwise is undamaged.
I expect the crumpling will improve now I have moved the door away from it.

I can take photos and email them if you want. Loads of other parts available from this car.

£100

Mike

edit: I have the door cards, but 2 are cracked. Not looked into how badly yet.

Sounds pretty good. Forgot to ask if the seats have the airbags in them though as I forgot that W reg may be before they were fitted.
