My Rapier has what i thought was 15" Nimrods as standard but on the back of the rim spokes it says Ouragan but they look like Nimrods so i assumed they were the same.

orugan and nimrod are the same as far as im aware.

the come in 14", 15" and 16" for the 206 and16" for the 406. the 406 ones are slightly wider AFAIK.

i originally joined here to find out if anybody know 100% the width of the 16" nimrod 406 alloys as i have them on my 206 atm.

just so happens im looking to offload them as they rub on my rear arch as they stick our too far.

(im a new user here but i use www.206info.co.uk alot)

this is my account information and details should anyone be interested :)

Thanks Gary. It looks like the Ouragan and the Nimrod could be one of the same.

Thanks for the info Matt. The Ouragan & Nimrod I think are the same but the offset is bigger on the 406. I think i can fit the 206 wheels if I use 20mm spacers and longer bolts.
Thanks again.

Hi Matt. Do you still have the wheels? On the back of the wheels should be some numbers one of which refers to the offset. I think the 206 has an offset of18 and the 406 38 ish, so the 406 wheel on a 206 will foul on the wing and the 206 on the 406 will foul on the inside behind the wheel. Please let me know if it makes sense.

Yea I still have these. Don't have a trolly jack ATM to get the wheel off to look. But they are 100% 406 ones. I know this as I have been to many 206info meet and seen the difference between the two. They dont foul the arch unless I go over potholes lol. They do stick out further though.

Just out of interest, did you guys have a stand at FCS last year? If not will you be having one this year?

Matt,
Can't help you about a stand at the FCS, don't even know what it is, sorry.
If you want to sell the wheels please let me know, I would like all the numbers off the back so I can make sure they are the same as what I have.
What size tyres have you got on them? Have you thought about 'rolling' the arches so they don't catch.

I can get Sports wings for my 206 but it's just more expense I don't need. I'm looking to get some 15" wheels instead.

Wheels have 205/45/16's on. They are 100% 406 ones you can see here how wide they are

FCS=French Car Show

It's the biggest and best show of the year IMO. It's at Rockingham speedway in Corby. you should get a few guys/gals together and go for the day. There is also an option to have a club stand of you can get enough members to show up. Also available on the day is track time for those who want to see what there car is like.
