It'll give me something else to bumper snot though. What happened to the one that's on your car anyway? Or were you planning to double them up?

Tell you what - just thinking now. Mr HBC, could you put Gary down for the splitter please (if he was No2 that is). It's the only thing I'm looking for from you so you'd be dragging your a*se down the post office when Gary's going to be driving up to you anyway.

Could one of you do me a big favour though please? Could you give me the measurements of the splitter when removed so that I might be able to experiment with something a little different?

Updated the list. I should be able to arrange courier for most bits for around a tenner. All engine and other bits and bobs also available, i.e. alternator, intercooler, turbo, PAS pump, rack, etc.

Still not got the bloody thing back here yet so I still don't know what the damage is! :x Hopefully soon, but I've been saying that for the past 5 weeks now!

I will state now though, that if it's not too bad then I'm going to fix it, Bosch pump it and run it on veg oil. If it is too knackered, then it will be getting broke, but I must admit that I am missing the car. The 306 estate just doesn't do anything aswell as the 406 did, aside from getting 50+ MPG everyweek to the 406's 40ish MPG.

if you decide your not going to fix it how much do you want for it as it is ? and would you have any way of transporting it .

i wouldnt mind having a go at re building the engine if the price is right .
