whats saying the volvo t5 wont need a sh*t load spending on it.
i know volvo are good cars but i know they are bad for electric problems (my uncles is anyway)
1998 V70 2.5 TDi - brilliant engine just really bad electrics on it .

iv allready sold the T5 on for a nice £400 profit
got a nice omega lined up now
W plate, face lift, 2.2 16v cd auto, full vauxhall history, new chain last year, new tyres and exhaust last month, no body damage, no scratches, 12months mot and 12months tax £800, i wonder how much profit i can make on that lol

you will be lucky to make a profit on that £800. not many people on the car buying market are looking for a 2.2 petrol auto.

the only old volvo i would have (but not today because of fuel costs)
is a V70R . 2.3 petrol with i think 240bhp.
theres one that lives near me. orange 1997 R reg. its mint. would have it anyday (if fuel prices wernt so high)

i really should of had a better look at them tyres, the front two were on cords on the inner edges
he offered me £820, i took it, just get get shot of the thing
the omega is one of the best iv ever driven
rather thirsty but can live with 30mpg

Had one Gary......It was fantastic but the running costs were stupid, I averaged 16mpg around town

generalbaxter...... 30mpg from an auto Omega? I would take 10mpg off that figure mate......They drink!! I used one for nearly 3 weeks whilst my Cossie was was having her engine rebuilt and it was a tad better than my Cossie. It was ultra comfy and had all the creature comforts but the thing drank fuel without having the performance to match.

ive never had an omega ive been in one they handle well round bends at 70mph ican tell you that much,
ive had several carltons all estates they were good ive had one Lotus carlton iwouid love another en,
as of omegas the doors on them are mega heavy as irember almost closing the door with 2 hands there a good solid motor as a guess
