Peugeot service history:-

From 01/22/04 to 12/07 is all periodical servicing by same Peugeot dealer and then indpendent after at which time the cambelt was changed.
I dont have any other history other than my own and last 3 mot certificates.



Service items/parts I have had changed:-

New 225/45 tyres fitted all round.
Cambelt kit, waterpump, aux belt and pulley all changed 31/05/12 (done by our local french cars specialist, reciept and warrantied)
New Brembo discs/pads fitted front and rear
Brembo 4 pots from coupe fitted
Black diamond braided brake lines fitted front and rear
New handbrake shoe kit fitted
New drop links, tie rods, stablizer bars - all new delphi/genuine peugeot
Glow plugs changed with NGK ones
New Nissens radiator
New Nissens air con rad
New temp sensor
New reverse light switch
oil changed every 6k, new fuel filter and only run on esso while I have owned her = 14k miles.

Coupe front strut brace with correct bolts
New Ultra racing rear lower suspension brace
MIJ T304 stainless steel exhaust system, mandrel bent 2.5'' with 3'' round tailpipe (Recipet for £395 limetime warranty)
HID 55w 6000k kit (decent quality) + LED sidelights
osram nightbreakers for the foglights
cat+dprf drilled out with latest "180 plus" map (egr/air doser deleted from ecu and boost raised)
Air dosers removed and blanked off with group buy kit bought through the 406 coupe forum
EGR blanked off with steel blanking plate
closed air induction kit utilising cold air feed
New Powerflex poly lower engine mount
Peugeot badged number plates
White led bulbs for numberplate and revserse bulbs
LED brake and rear side lights
Parcel shelf changed for the executive type (rear blind and storage box)
Non smoking compartment fitted
Bosch aero wipers

*All modifications were carried out by my friend who is a dealer qualified vehicle mechanic and mot tester


BAD BITS

Only 1 key
Scratch on passenger door
damage to front drivers side door, wing corner sill, front wing, missing wing moulding trim both sides.
slight damage to rear drivers side wing and scrape on rear quarter.
CD Changer wont eject the cartridge
Missing plastic chrome trim on grill lion badge
Wheels are 17'' TSW and are rough and I would say beyond refurb


The car is not immaculate, it is 10 years old and has done 142k miles and I would therefore never describe it as a perfect example, mint etc.

Around town I get between 32-37mpg, on a run it goes up to 58mpg. On startup, acceleration and boost the engine is smooth and there is zero smoke. It doesnt use oil and I only top it up slightly between servicing
The electric seats, cruise, radio all function as they should. All windows and remote locking work as they should.


*I have reciepts for everything I have bought for the car.
*Also included is a front poly bush kit which I have not fitted (sourced through 406 coupe forum)
*Included is a genuine 406 boot spoiler, replacement front drivers wing and a front/rear set of genuine moulded mud flaps (the type you can paint body colour)
*Car will be valeted inside and out professionally before sale
*Included is my galletto 1260 which I used to flash the ECU with the latest 180 modified map

With the above faults taken into account I am asking £900 which given what I have spent on modifications, labour and service items should get someone a well modified and reliable 2.2 HDi'd 406
