Finally decided to sell the original 'box from my car, after fitting the 6-speed last year.
At that time the car had roughly 100k on the clock and no issues with the gearbox.
I removed the little plastic gear that drives the road speed sensor as detailed in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=19725&hilit=6+speed+gearbox
Other than that, it's ready to go
Trying to be realistic here, so let's say £20 collected from NN17

Re: ML5 Gearbox
The unfortunate thing here is that the box's are so tough I don't think anyone will actually need one. Maybe advertise on other puggy forums too? or speak to a gearbox specialist see if they'll take it.
I woulda thought it would be worth nearer £80?

Re: ML5 Gearbox
The price reflects the fact that they're as tough as old boots and therefore not many takers.
Spotted at least one of these from a 6-speed coupe owner on fleabay looking like making £30.
Our 2-door cousins are unlikely to want one, they all want ML6's. Peugeot Forums, maybe?

Re: ML5 Gearbox
Might be an idea to state wherever you advertise it, that it's the 3 control linkage version and not the 2 link type.

Re: ML5 Gearbox
Good thinking Mark.
ML5C / 3-cable linkage / lift-for-reverse, ought to cover it.
