I have phoned peugeot and brink and cant get hold of these special nuts. The tow bar is on my coupe. But i only have 2 bolts as i lost the other 2.

I'm afraid Rob that these are manufacturer specific, ie the manufacturer of the tow bar as I found out 
So it's bite the bulit & buy a fitting kit from the tow bar manufacturer or make your own as I did/get some one to make them for you.
