Bottom hose? Isn't that the one with the metal section that's made out of pure unobtanium??

The only short one is the top hose, which isn't NLS for a change.

Hi mate the bottom hose i need is no1 on that diagram, the bayonet end goes into the rad and the other end attaches to the metal pipe with a jubilee clip, but on the diagram it looks like its part of the metal pipe, i,ve an idea i changed it before when i refurbed the rad which was in 2009 and i can't remember how i did it or where i got it from, or maybe it wasn't nfp then, sorry it,s been a while replying

Interesting! As far as we know, PSA never made just the end, rather you had to buy the whole thing (price one kidney). Now I'm wondering if they did indeed make just the end for a while, or maybe someone else made it, or maybe you found a pipe that fitted from another car (maybe not even PSA).

I think you need to pull that part off and see if you can find any codes on it

Thinking back i modified that hose by removing the factory fitting and trimming the hose to get rid of the hole, and this time i trimmed it again and fitted it to the metal pipe with a jubilee clip and put a new seal on the bayonet fitting, no leaks so it all looks good, cheers for your help steve earwig
