2.1 td executive estate for sale

Post by darrenwall »

for those of you that read the forums regularly you might have read that my car has been classed as a cat D write off . im going to view a 405 mi16 over the weekend and if i buy it ill be looking for a quick sale on my 406 . ill be as honest as i can with the description but if anyone is interested get in touch .
its a 97 P reg 2.1 td executive estate in metalic silver . its been writen off due to a bump on the nsr panel just above the wheel ( there are pics off the damage in the general chat forum ) .
the mileage is on 208,000 miles but there is plenty of life left in her , it was owned by my father from 25,000 miles, she stills embarrases many newer models even the hdi 110 :cheesy: , it dont leak or burn any oil or water and i will be throwing in a spare 2.1 td engine for free . the leather electric seats are unmarked but the heating function doesnt work. all the electrics work as they should even the air con.
the front bumper and near side front fog is also smashed but i have a spare bumper in red to throw in . it is taxed till the end of july and the mot runs out in november . the only thing it needs for the mot is a new middle and rear exhaust ( had a price of £120 fitted ) and it had an advisory on a rear bush last mot. thats all i can think of at the moment but any questions just ask away lol
im looking for £350 and that includes a private plate valued at over £400

Sounds a bargain for anyone wanting a workhorse with the luxury touches. Don't think you'll get much touble selling that. Have you put posters in it for when you park it up places.

At that price, people may buy it, not having planned on changing their car.

I'm in Perth Scotland. It's a different galaxy from you. I'm down in Blackpool from Monday for a few days if you wish to meet up.
