yup. 2 allen key fittings per side for each cross bar to link to the existing side rails of the car.
They are different lengths and fit at the arrowed points visible on the car's roof rails.
Seem quite safe/good design as it would take a thief quite a while to remove the darn things... if indeed s/he had the correct allen key whilst passing

James, I'm told they're a bugger to fit! A breaker on eblag had a set a couple of months back, £50. I did toy with the idea when I was blinging my ride, I thought I'd paint them silver off the car, and if they looked good I'd swap them straight over, but decided against it 'cos I just couldn't be arsed

Dai is right there james, i toyed with the idea of taking mine off and chrome
spraying them but according to the haynes comic you have to take the front
windscreen out to drop the roof lining so i thought fook it
