Due to change of plan, the brand new set of Kite Alloys recently got from a Kent main dealer,is now for sale on ebay if anyone's interested, all boxed ,2 even still sealed, with studs.
Item number 140250446915 ,but collection only from me in Essex, near Brentwood.

I'm liking the pic with the 406oc sticker, good effort! 8)

How come you've got 2 406s then?

Cos I'm greedy thats why !! No,seriously, the blue one i've had since the black one was stolen in 2004,excellent car,but seriously gave me the frights a few weeks back when,on the way back from Basildon ,it was like someone had tied a bus on the back, with both Snow and Sport dash lamps in unison blinking away (not mentioned in any book, but its obvious what it means....Auto box drive problem looming).
Spotted the silver one way down in Bournemouth, good price & specs so went down on the train to buy.
After 3 weeks, the garage mechanics who have always looked after my cars for many years, despite many test drives, have unable to replicate the (lack of)drive fault,so I will be shortly advertising her on ebay.
The alloys I bought from a Peugeot main dealer in Kent on the way back from Bournemouth for a good price, intending to put on the new 406,but in the end swopped over the Nimrod ones from the blue one which suited silver better,so the new Kites are surplus (basically,I didnt think it through properly !
I'm rambling too much.....ttfn !
