Location is main factor? Would it need much else other than the sill for an MOT? How have you lowered it, i.e. just springs, springs and shorter shocks, coilovers, air-ride, etc?

With train fares being as extortionate as they are, you really need to specify the location of a £200 car mate.

To help you shift it, you should really take a couple of photos, including the engine bay and this rust patch too

Any advisories on the last MOT? When was the last cambelt change? etc... It may be only worth a couple of hundred to you, but to a potential buyer it could be a few years worth of motoring as these things are tanks. A bit more time spent on its description could be the difference between 10x £20 notes in your hand or just one from the scrappers... (I got a disgusting £50 for my tubby estate a year ago, the price of scrap is a LOT less now)

yeah sorry was just a half arsed atempt late last nite lol

its in somerset. not sure how its lowered i think its just springs but the ride is good still. not boncey.
theres no service history with it so i dont know anything about it really.
things i know that will prop need for mot is 1 head light blub, indercator blub (flashes white) and the rust.
i will take some pictures today for you.

i just dont wana waste 50quid motig it for it to fail. id rather just get rid of it. i know it could be broken for the engine etc . so i ideal car for somone with more time and effort than me.

Too far for me I'm afraid. I was very tempted though, and if you'd have been Yorkshire or further north, then more than likely I'd have had it.

I'll let one of the southern lot have a go.

Shame though!

If you decide to break it I'd be interested in a few parts; I need the offside doors front and rear & the wing mirror cowls.
If you come to the point of scrapping it let me know, it'd be a few extra quid in your pocket :)
