<sob story>
Spent all sunday removing rear disc, handbrake shoes, battering old cable out.
Put new cable in - it's sticking out about a foot from the shoes!
Bought the cable for 406 with rear drums instead of discs, DOH!

I've wiped off most of the grease I lightly lubed it with before finding it was the wrong one so it's "better than new"!
Anyhow, anybody wants it, reply or PM and it's yours for what I paid.
