A few more details about my pug :cheesy:

Firslty my location is Swadlincote in Derbyshire Pm me for more info on contact details etc...

I have owned my 406 since Aug 2003. Have loads of receipts. Car has full service history with no expense spared. It's is a 99 plate reg Dec 99 so its just turned 10 yrs old.

It's platinum silver in colour and looks in my opinion far better than a standard 406. It has covered 175,000 miles. And is due a service in around 7000 miles.Everything on the car works. Car has mot till August and Tax expires end of Jan. It is a well cared for car. Last year it had the full Mcguires treatment clay bar/ paint restorer/polish/wax. Car will require a short service in 7000 miles. But all the usual have been done. Cambelt/water pump/coolant change/brake fluid change new rear brake shoes and pads for handbrake etc....... with receipts of proof of work.

Specification internal includes:- the standard glx spec cd player climate control etc... ( Have spent lots on the a/c over the years pipwork/condensor etc... and it works very well). The only mods inside the car are a rear retractable sun blind. Upgraded interior lights brighter than standard. Anda geniune Peugeot chrome gear knob.
Specification external includes:- the standard glx alloys running onPirrelli p6000's the front are 3 weeks old.

Modifications are as follows:- Flat wiper blades. Oval chrome exhuast trim push fit. can be removed If required. Rear toebar due to previous owner flying microlights. I have never used it but gives car extra strength if rear impact was to occur. Bmw type rear lip spoiler/ all black inserts colour coded silver. Xenon bulb upgrades to all front lights side/main/full/fog. Chrome trim on lower grill and upper.

Performance upgrades are as follows:- Geniune superchip cost around £500 receipt to prove. Also uprated flywheeland clutch receipt to prove. Removal of connetor to h.p pump car is runningon 3 pistons not 2. a lot smoother power delivery. Performance figures 0 to 60 in a little over 8secs no turbo lag produces around 150bhp. Car pulls very strong all the way to 120mph. Car returns 45mpg if driven hard usually achieves 50mpg plus.

Now for the bad points. I'm being picky. A very slight dent in the passengers door which can be seen only in certain angles. Stone chips to the front. A slight scratch on bootlid.
Like I said I would be looking for a £1000. Please contact me for more info and pics.
