Hi if you still have it how much for the speedo control unit under the glove box ?

Im starting to strip down the car. Just struggling with removing of the 5th from left (distributor) cam cup - but expect to find a head with bent valves etc.

Some of you wanted bits a while back, apologies for starting / stopping with this but I can now confirm that the car will be available to be bought as is or stripped down.

If you want anything, let me know and Ill start a spreadsheet with the various bits and prices.

All bits currently 'available' but I will honour those that asked first in the thread for bits.

What's the condition of the top air hose Chaz? The one that goes from the air box cover with the concertina section & oval end? If there are no splits in it I'll take it!
Mine is bound up with duck tape at the moment!

Hi how much for your gearbox & clutch/presureplate but my 406 is a 1.8 16v the gearbox is a BE3 do you know if it fits or if you can give me your gbox type ill find out thanks laters ness...

Can you let me know how much you would want for the wastegate valve (block mounted to the o/s strut mount near the top cambelt cover, with 3 hoses and an electrical plug) and the intercooler? Ooooh also the ashtray insert if it's still got the red plastic bit in it

It'll be a week and a half before I can collect due to this stupid cast on my leg. If the car's still there then I may end up wanting to rip a few more bits off it

Still want the rear right abs sensor if you can liberate it.

Its the L shape one? This one is also bad - actually split during the 'freeze' so doubt its of any use to you. Free to take it if you want and see which is better?

Ill take a pic later. The speedo was giving problems, I soldered it but still gave issues - not sure if the problem is there or the sender unit in the glovebox.

Ok, no problem. That unit is still there - need to just 'identify it'. Got a pic of one? I think I know which it is.

Ill check the ashtray - its all there but not sure.
