Hey guys im still looking for a silver bonnet for my 99 406.

Does anybody have one? or know of anybody that one for sale.

His signature says saloon; the Coupe bonnet won't fit on a saloon or estate, D8 or D9.

Harbury Lane Auto breakers near Leamington Spa had one in yesterday. Just recovered "No Insurance " job from the Police. Silver in good nick. Mark.

Further to my last they want £30 for it. It's on a facelift D9 ?? but has a fixed stay not struts to support the bonnet when it's up. !! I have just had the wiper motor off it and someone has had the rad and grill . Mark.

Its a d8 i think its a 1999.

I would like a silver bonnet if poss, mines got a dent were the release catch is in the middle. (Disagreement with a deer)

are you sure yours is a D8 ? as you say "i think" post a picture of the car ..

It's definitely a D8 - 1.9td engine not found in the D9.
