Damn, I'd snap this up in a heartbeat - but I've got the cambelt change this month and even that's going to be a tight squeeze :(

Fair enough! :)

Actually, I have a pair of sun visors with the light-up mirrors on them sitting in the boot of my old saloon. Not sure what they're worth, but I'm not going to do anything with them - the Coupe already has them. If you fancy them, then they're available.

I already have standard sky, so was wondering what difference this would make? Would I get freeview HD channels through the box for instance? Obviously I wouldn't get the Sky HD ones. Is it ready compatible with my sky dish as I only have 1 wire from it. Would I have to change the box on the dish (LNB or something like that)?

Anybody know? Or have I gone too far?

your dish will be compatable
you only get ITV HD free from sky, no other channels come through anymore
i have multiroom with HD box but with the HD pack turned Off , i only get ITV HD on that box free

if you do get a HD box you need to subscribe to the HD pack £10.25 per month extra
once you subscribe to HD pack you will get all the freeview channels plus all the other ones you pay for

I've got a freeview HD box anyway, so can get the BBC HD channels on that. I already pay £51 a month for Sky so don't fancy forking out anymore. Will I need a second wire in for the Sky+ recording bit? I if were to get an HD box, would I have to subscribe to HD, or could I still get the standard Sky channels and ITV HD if I were to put my card in. Are the cards different between boxes?

no you shouldnt need an extra wire ,.

i installed only the other day a HD box for the lady next door, she had originally a standard sky+ box

all i did was plug the HD box in the same way and it all worked perfect, but if changing boxes you will have to ring sky so they can activate your old card to your new box
