Maybe. Do you know how much posted to Italy for the 406 one?

oh. I thought shipping a small manual wouldn't have been more than 5-6£.
No problem, thanks.

My 406 manual weighs 890 grammes, add 300 grammes for packaging (so 1200 grammes in all), and the cheapest way to Italy is going to cost £7.56. If you can keep the packaging weight down to a minimum (total weight under a kilo) it should cost you £6.46.

But the problem is, the Italian postal service has a VERY bad reputation for losing items  .

There are a massive number of ebayers who refuse to ship to Italy under any circumstances. I've sent a couple of things there in the past without any problems.

LOL, Italy has a bad reputation for everything (except cooking, I suppose). Sadly most of the time this reputation is deserved.
Actually I've received at least 20 packages (back when I was interested in computer hardware, a couple of years ago) from the whole world without losing one, so the bad reputation isn't confirmed by facts really, at least in my case.
As long as you can keep it under 12-15£ it's ok for me. Only if the manual is still in good conditions, as I could get it for 21£ from the bay brand new. If you do not want to take the hassle (correct?) of an international shipping it's ok too.
I would NOT charge you of an eventual loss of the item of course!

Cheers!
